I have mainly attended wedding receptions and parties here, and I have always enjoyed the nice atmosphere and beautiful decor. The adjoining pub is a great tip for a wider drink selection and a more relaxed vibe.

Some updates are needed, especially with the car park resembling a rally cross. The entrance and exit from a busy main road is also poorly lit and challenging.

Had an excellent evening at Moor Ville on Thursday. Over 25 of our bowlers attended. The food was amazing, just make sure to go on an empty stomach. The chips are exceptional, all fresh and not frozen.

Attended a funeral wake and received excellent, friendly, and quick service from the bar staff, despite it being busy. The buffet provided was very good.

The place is very dated, with a freezing cold pool despite being advertised as heated. The changing rooms are cold and old, as are the gym machines. It is in need of serious modernization.

This is the most unwelcoming place I have ever been to! I visited with my boyfriend, who is a member and had been inviting me to come for months, to check out the facilities with the intention of switching from Borough Park to Moorville. We found no one at the reception, so my boyfriend signed himself in and mentioned that he would speak to the manager about my guest pass. Within 5 minutes, a woman (who was supposed to be at reception) aggressively approached us, demanding that we leave and loudly insisting that we had to go. It was incredibly embarrassing and unacceptable behavior. Despite my partner informing her that he was a member, she was dismissive. After checking the screen, she abruptly shouted an apology. As I was leaving, I expressed my disappointment at not getting a trial experience, as I had come with the intention of joining, but her behavior had put me off. She then shouted that she didn't want people like me there. It is clear that new staff are needed as her rudeness was completely uncalled for.

The staff here are probably the most disorganized and rude I have ever encountered. If you are considering staying or joining the gym, I would advise against booking here, as the staff's behavior is disgraceful.

I had a great time watching the live music 🎶, and I appreciated that they sell Peroni zero, allowing me to enjoy myself and still be able to drive home safely.
